Weaving Tradition into the Digital Age

In March 2020, Priyadarshini Handlooms faced growing pains—inventory mismatches, slow processes, and disconnected systems. With Aves Infotech LLP, I led a digital transformation to modernize operations without losing their legacy touch.

The Game Plan?
We started by rolling out a barcode system with unique SKUs, cutting stock errors. Then came IoT-based scanning to boost supply chain accuracy and speed. Finally, we enabled secure digital payments via Razorpay and automated deliveries through Shiprocket, turning e-commerce into a growth engine.

The Result?
A 19% revenue boost crossing $870K through POS. More than just numbers, it was a cultural shift, empowering teams and enhancing customer experiences

Zoo Ticketing SaaS – Transforming Experiences

In February 2018, At Aves Infotech LLP I build a SaaS platform that redefined ticketing and operations for zoos across India. What started as an idea quickly turned into a solution powering 18+ zoos and generating $14M+ in revenue for zoos by August 2021.

The project focused on streamlining payments, tracking performance metrics, and creating seamless multi-platform experiences for web, mobile, and POS. By enabling smarter systems and real-time analytics, we not only improved operations but also supported wildlife conservation efforts through technology.

Tiger Cell Project – Data-Driven Conservation

In February 2019, I joined Kimzuka Solutions Pvt Ltd to address wildlife conflicts and improve conservation strategies. The focus was on using data analytics and field deployments to track and manage tiger migrations effectively.

We deployed camera traps at conflict zones to capture tiger stripe patterns, leveraging Extract Compare software to analyze data with 95% accuracy. This reduced the wrongful captivity of non-conflict tigers and improved response times.

With over 10 years of tiger census data, we traced migration patterns and centralized data using MS Access, cutting administrative overhead and improving identification.

By developing SOPs and training field teams, we ensured efficient data reporting and faster responses—turning insights into actionable strategies for better wildlife management

E-Parihara – Simplifying Relief Funds

In January 2015, I joined a mission to transform how villagers impacted by man-animal conflicts received compensation. Partnering with local officials, I helped design and deploy E-Parihara, a digital platform that replaced outdated paperwork with a seamless, app-based solution.

The app enabled on-site complaint registration, evidence collection, and claim verification—streamlining workflows and empowering officials to act faster. By automating payments and integrating direct bank transfers, we reduced delays, ensuring timely support for affected farmers.

By September 2018, the platform had distributed $16.5 million in compensation and earned the Best Innovation Award by E-Governance, India. To this day, E-Parihara continues to impact thousands of lives, offering speed, transparency, and hope to communities in need.
